BET's Games People Play; CBS' NCIS: Los Angeles; The CW's Batwoman; and Hulu's Dopesick.






THE CW's BATWOMAN
  • Shivani Ghai has landed a major recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. She previously starred for two seasons in Syfy's Dominion. She has also recurred on ABC's The Catch and Cinemax's Strike Back.
  • She will play Safiyah, the fiercely protective ruler of a small community on the island of Coryana. A woman with as many enemies as aliases, she is compassionate and charismatic with both physical and psychological prowess. She is beloved by her people and will stop at nothing to protect what's hers. No one goes unnoticed y Safiyah, specifically when it comes to those who have encountered the Desert Rose.
CBS' NCIS: LOS ANGELES
  • Caleb Castille has been promoted to series regular on the drama's upcoming twelfth season. He joined the drama as recurring in Season 11 - appearing in three episodes overall. He also previously recurred on CBS All Access' Tell Me a Story and Hulu's Wu-Tang: An American Saga.
  • He plays Devin Rountree. After he appears on the radar of NCIS' Office of Special Operations, Agents G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) decide that he may be a fit for their tight knit group. Now, Rountree must decide if taking this job and moving to LA will be the correct decision for not only his career, but also for his relationship with his UCLA-bound sister that he's raised since elementary school.
BET's GAMES PEOPLE PLAY
  • Karrueche Tran has booked a major recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. She currently stars in TNT's Claws, which has been renewed for a fourth and final season but its production was interrupted by the novel coronavirus pandemic. She recently recurred on FOX's one-season drama Deputy.
  • She will play Eden Lazlo, the daughter of the LA Vipers owner and the newly named VP of basketball operations. She further complicates Marques' (Sarunas J. Jackson) love life.
HULU's DOPESICK
  • Kaitlyn Dever has joined the cast of the upcoming limited series starring Michael Keaton and Peter Sarsgaard. She previously starred for six seasons in ABC's Last Man Standing and continues to recur following its transition to FOX. She recently starred in the Netflix limited series Unbelievable. She next appears in the HBO film Coastal Elites and in an episode of the Hulu anthology Monsterland.
  • She will play Betsy, a proud female coal miner and patient of Dr. Finnix (Keaton). They have a close relationship that is tested with the release of the new painkiller OxyContin.
