HBO Max Renews 'Harley Quinn' for Season 3

HBO Max has today renewed the original animated comedy series Harley Quinn for a third season. The show will air as a Max original after releasing its first two seasons on DC Universe.

The animated comedy features the voices of Kaley Cuoco, Lake Bell, Alan Tudyk, Tony Hale, Ron Funches, Jason Alexander and J.B. Smoove.

Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker and Dean Lorey developed the series. They executive produce with Cuoco and Sam Register.

The renewal at HBO Max comes as DC Universe has officially exited the scripted original space. All of its original programs have now transitioned to other platforms. Stargirl aired its first season as a joint venture between DC Universe and The CW. Its second season will now air exclusively on The CW. Doom Patrol released its second season on HBO Max and DC Universe. It will move to HBO Max for its third season. The previously ordered third season of Titans will now air on HBO Max alongside the new season of Harley Quinn.
