ABC's Women of the Movement; Amazon's Lord of the Rings & Outer Range; AppleTV+'s Severance; The CW's Roswell, New Mexico; and Disney+'s Hawkeye.




AMAZON's LORD OF THE RINGS
  • Lenny Henry, Peter Mullan, Lloyd Owen, Augustus Prew, Peter Tait, Benjamin Walker, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Simon Merrells, Maxim Baldry, Ian Blackburn, Kip Chapman, Anthony Crum, Maxine Cunliffe, Trystan Gravelle, Thusitha Jayasundera, Fabian McCallum, Geoff Morrell, Alex Tarrant, Leon Wadham and Sara Zwangobani have joined the cast of the upcoming drama set in the world of the J.R.R. Tolkien novel.
  • No details were immediately released about the characters these 20 actors will be playing.
APPLE TV+'s SEVERANCE
  • Dichen Lachman will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Adam Scott, Patricia Arquette, John Turturro and Christopher Walken. She previously starred for two seasons in FOX's Dollhouse and one season in Netflix's Altered Carbon. She has also recurred on The CW's The 100, TNT's The Last Ship, ABC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Showtime's Shameless and TNT's Animal Kingdom.
  • She will play Ms. Casey, an employee at Lumen Industries.
THE CW's ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO
  • Michael Grant Terry and Gillian Vigman have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming third season. Terry recurred for nine seasons in FOX's Bones. Vigman stars in CBS All Access' animated comedy Star Trek: Lower Decks, which has been renewed for a second season.
  • Terry will play Jordan, the son of Roswell's Mayor Bernhardt, a privileged young man who blames his failure to measure up to his parents' high expectations on the influx of immigrants and people of color in his community. As the leader of a grassroots group dedicated to preserving the status quo in Roswell, he will go toe to toe with our heroes as racial tensions in town bubble to the surface.
  • Vigman will play Brooke Taylor, Roswell's diligent new Sheriff, a tough yet charismatic officer elected on a mandate of law and order. A politician with years of experience navigating the divisive landscape amid rising tensions, she uses a disarming facade to appease both her constituents and the forces who put her in power, causing Max (Nathan Parsons) to question whether she's truly for the people - or her own agenda.
ABC's WOMEN OF THE MOVEMENT
  • Cedric Joe has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming limited series starring Adrienne Warren and Niecy Nash. He has previously guest starred on ABC's Modern Family, Nickelodeon's Game Shakers and Freeform's Good Trouble.
  • He will play Emmett Till, a charming and spirited 14-year-old from Chicago who was murdered while vacationing with family in Mississippi, circa 1955. Unwilling to let his death disappear from the headlines, his mother Mamie (Warren) chose to publicize the brutality of his murder, and as a result she ignited the Civil Rights Movement as know it today.
AMAZON's OUTER RANGE
  • Imogen Poots has landed a series regular role on the upcoming drama starring Josh Brolin and Lili Taylor. She recently recurred on HBO's I Know This Much Is True. Her film credits include Vivarium, Black Christmas, The Father and French Exit.
  • She will play Autumn, an itinerant woman who charms the Abbotts enough to let her camp on their land. A seeker of cosmic truths with a checkered past, she lives without regrets and embraces the unknown with reckless abandon.
DISNEY+'s HAWKEYE
  • Vera Farmiga, Tony Dalton, Florence Pugh, Fra Fee, Alaqua Cox and Zahn McClarnon will round out the main cast of the upcoming drama starring Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld. Farmiga received an Academy Award nomination in 2010 for the film Up in the Air and two Emmy Award nominations for A&E's Bates Motel and Netflix's When They See Us. Dalton currently stars in AMC's Better Call Saul, which has been renewed for a sixth and final season. Pugh was nominated for an Academy Award earlier this year for the film Little Women. Fee appeared in the 2012 film adaptation of Les Misérables. Cox is a relative newcomer. McClarnon has recurred on Netflix's Longmire, FX's Fargo and HBO's Westworld.
  • Farmiga will play Eleanor Bishop, the mother of Kate Bishop (Steinfeld).
  • Dalton will play Jack Duquesne.
  • Pugh will play Yelena Belova, reprising her role from the upcoming film Black Widow.
  • Fee will play Kazi.
  • Cox will play Maya Lopez.
  • McClarnon will play William Lopez.
