HBO MAX's VERBATIM
  • Sara Gilbert, Rob Huebel, Leland Orser, Lyriq Bent, J.R. Cacia, Tate Donovan and Kevin Dunn have been cast in the anthology pilot starring Chris Messina. Gilbert currently stars in ABC's The Conners, which is now airing its third season. Huebel starred in Netflix's one-season comedy Medical Police and recurred on Amazon's Transparent. Orser starred for three seasons in Epix's Berlin Station. Bent starred for two seasons in Netflix's She's Gotta Have It. Cacia has recurred on ABC's Mistresses, Freeform's The Fosters and The CW's Dynasty. Donovan starred for two seasons in FOX's The O.C. and three seasons in FX's Damages. Dunn starred for six seasons in HBO's Veep.

  • EPIC (Anthology) - Written by Brigitte Hales (Once Upon a Time). Executive produced by Hales, Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz. Produced by ABC Signature. Logline: The romantic anthology series reinvents fairytales for a new audience.
  • MAGGIE (Comedy, Single Camera) - Written by Maggie Mull and Justin Adler (Life in Pieces). Executive produced by Mull, Adler and Evan Hayes. Produced by 20th Television. Logline: A young woman tries to cope with life while coming to terms with her abilities as a psychic. She can see everyone's future, but her present is a mess.
  • QUEENS (Drama) - Written by Zahir McGhee (Scandal). Executive produced by McGhee and Sabrina Wind. Produced by ABC Signature and Windpower Entertainment. Logline: Estranged and out-of-touch, four women in their 40s reunite for a chance to recapture their fame and regain the swagger they had as the Nasty Bitches - their '90s group that made them legends in the hip-hop world.
  • UNTITLED REGINA HICKS PROJECT (Comedy, Multi-Camera) - Written by Regina Hicks (Insecure). Executive produced by Hicks, Viola Davis, Julius Tennon and Larry Wilmore. Produced by ABC Signature and JuVee Productions. Logline: Three former sorority sisters who lost touch after college reunite during a pivotal point in their lives. They realize sometimes it's okay to crack and when you do, no one will be there for you like your friends.
  • THE WONDER YEARS (Comedy, Single Camera) - Reboot of the ABC comedy that aired from 1988-93. Written by Saladin Patterson (Dave). Directed by Fred Savage. Executive produced by Patterson, Savage, Lee Daniels and Marc Velez. Produced by 20th Television and Lee Daniels Entertainment. Logline: A Black middle-class family in Montgomery, Alabama in the turbulent late 1960s make sure it is "the wonder years" for them too.
SHOWTIME's AMERICAN GIGOLO
  • Leland Orser and Sandrine Holt will co-star on the drama pilot starring Jon Bernthal and Gretchen Mol. Orser previously starred for three seasons in Epix's Berlin Station and in the TNT limited series I Am the Night. Holt is currently recurring on Amazon's The Expanse.
  • Orser will play Richard Stratton, a self-made tech billionaire who has fallen too deep into the untethered world of the ultra-wealthy, losing the love of his prized wife Michelle (Mol), and his grip on morality along the way.
  • No details were immediately announced about the character Holt will be playing. She will appear as a guest star with the potential to recur if the pilot is picked up to series.
