ABC's Rebel; HBO's Perry Mason & The Time Traveler's Wife; Netflix's Ozark; and Showtime's The First Lady.

  • Eric Lange and Justin Kirk have been promoted to series regulars for the drama's upcoming second season. Both recurred in the first season - with Lange appearing in seven episodes and Kirk appearing in three episodes. Lange previously starred in the Showtime limited series Escape at Dannemora and the Netflix limited series Unbelievable. Kirk previously starred for eight seasons in Showtime's Weeds.
  • Lange plays Detective Holcomb, a commanding force as a homicide detective within the LAPD, a master of intimidation with a knack for getting his way without regard for proper procedure.
  • Kirk plays Hamilton Berger, a rising lawyer in the DA's office who finds himself surprisingly entangled in Perry Mason's (Matthew Rhys) big case and an unlikely friend to the man who will become his greatest foe.
  • Abigail Spencer has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Katey Sagal. She previously starred for four seasons in SundanceTV's Rectify, two seasons in NBC's Timeless and one season in Hulu's Reprisal. She has also recurred on AMC's Mad Men, USA's Suits, HBO's True Detective and ABC's Grey's Anatomy.
  • She will play Misha, a brilliant cardiothoracic surgeon who has a painful romantic history with Nate (Kevin Zegers) but can't resist getting involved with studying the Stonemore heart valve for fear that she may have inadvertently harmed hundreds of patients.
  • O-T Fagbenle has joined the cast of the upcoming anthology drama starring Viola Davis, Michelle Pfeiffer and Gillian Anderson. He currently stars in Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale, which returns for its fourth season in April and has already been renewed for its fifth season.
  • He will play Barack Hussein Obama II, who served as the first African American and 44th President of the United States from 2009-17. A member of the Democratic Party, Barack married Michelle Robinson Obama (Davis) in 1992 before he became a Senator from Illinois in 2005. Barack and Michelle Obama are the parents of Malia and Sasha Obama.
  • Bruce Davison has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming fourth and final season. He received an Academy Award nomination for his supporting performance in the 1989 film Longtime Companion. He has recently recurred on Freeform's The Fosters, Amazon's Mozart in the Jungle and NBC's Blindspot.
  • He will play Randall Schafer, a powerful retired Illinois U.S. Senator who is accustomed to doing things his way. He is not always easy to win over... but for the right price...
  • Rose Leslie and Theo James will play the lead roles on the upcoming drama based on the novel of the same name. Leslie previously starred for three seasons in HBO's Game of Thrones and three seasons in CBS All Access' The Good Fight. James starred in the Divergent film franchise.
  • Leslie will play Clare Abshire, who is fiery, clever and unstoppable - and for most of her life she's had an amazing secret. Since she was six years old, she has had an imaginary friend: a kind and funny man, sometimes old, sometimes young, who appears in the woods behind her house and tells her tales of the future. Visits from the mysterious Henry are the bright spots in the tedium of her childhood. As the years pass, and she grows into a beautiful young woman, she starts to realize her friend is not imaginary - he's a time traveler, visiting from the future. And he's not just from any old future - he's from her future. Clare has a literal date with destiny. One day she's going to meet a young man called Henry DeTamble - whom she'll know very well but who won't recognize her at all - and she will become the time traveler's wife.
  • James will play Henry DeTamble, who has a problem. Since he was eight years old, he's been a time traveler. It's not a superpower, it's a condition - he can't help it. Sometimes, when he is stressed or worried - and sometimes for no reason at all - he loses his grip on the current moment and falls naked into the past or the future. One minute he's making breakfast, the next he's naked at a hoedown in 1973. He can be stuck there for minutes or months, he never knows. His life is a rollercoaster of constant danger and white-knuckle survival. Until one day he meets a beautiful redhead in the library where he works. Her name is Clare Abshire and although he's never seen her before, she claims to have known him all her life. Finally his curse has given him something good - and Clare and Henry are about to have the time of their lives!
