AMC's 61st Street; HBO's Landscapers; Netflix's Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story; and Showtime's The Man Who Fell to Earth.
HBO's LANDSCAPERS
- David Thewlis will play the male lead on the upcoming limited series starring Olivia Colman. He previously starred in the third season of FX's Fargo, earning an Emmy nomination for his performance. He has also starred in the Amazon limited series The Feed and in the National Geographic limited series Barkskins.
- He will play Christopher Edwards, Susan's (Colman) husband. The couple become the focus of an extraordinary investigation when two dead bodies are discovered in their back garden.
- Rounding out the cast are Kate O'Flynn, Dipo Ola, Samuel Anderson, Karl Johnson, Felicity Montagu and Daniel Rigby.
SHOWTIME's THE MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH
- Naomie Harris and Jimmi Simpson have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming drama starring Chiwetel Ejiofor. Harris was nominated for an Academy Award in 2016 for her supporting performance in Moonlight. Simpson previously starred for two seasons in HBO's Westworld, receiving an Emmy Award nomination in 2018.
- Harris will play Justin Falls, a brilliant scientist and engineer who must conquer her own demons in the race to save two worlds.
- Simpson will play Spencer Clay, a CIA agent whose obsession with the alien's (Ejiofor) true identity drives him to the edge of madness.
AMC's 61ST STREET
- Jerod Haynes has booked a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Courtney B. Vance and Tosin Cole. He previously starred in NBC's one-season drama The Village. He has also recurred on History's Project Blue Book.
- He will play Big Phil, a kind, hardworking and loving man who walks into Norma's (Andrene Ward-Hammond) life just when she needs him most. She has to wonder whether maybe he's too good to be true - and maybe she's right.
NETFLIX's MONSTER: THE JEFFREY DAHMER STORY
- Evan Peters, Niecy Nash, Penelope Ann Miller, Shaun J. Brown and Colin Ford will star in the upcoming limited series created by Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan. Peters has starred for eight seasons in FX's American Horror Story and is currently slated to return for the upcoming tenth installment. Nash currently stars in TNT's Claws, which returns for its fourth and final season later this year. Miller starred in the first season of ABC's American Crime. Brown has recurred on Hulu's Future Man and HBO's Run. Ford starred in Netflix's one-season dramedy Daybreak.
- Peters will play Jeffrey Dahmer, one of America's most notorious serial killers.
- Nash will play Glenda Cleveland, a neighbor of Dahmer's who called police numerous times and even tried calling the FBI to alert them of Dahmer's erratic behavior, to no avail.
- Miller will play Joyce, Dahmer's mother.
- Brown will play Tracy, Dahmer's last intended victim who fought back and managed to escape, leading the cops to his apartment, resulting in the killer's arrest.
- Ford will play Chazz.
