Amazon's Citadel; AppleTV+'s Acapulco; CBS' SEAL Team; The CW's Charmed; HBO's Untitled Los Angeles Lakers Drama; and Netflix's Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.




APPLE TV+'s ACAPULCO
  • Enrique Arrizon, Damian Alcázar, Camila Perez and Raphael Alejandro will star in the upcoming comedy inspired by the film How to Be a Latin Lover. Arrizon starred in the Mexican telenovela La jefa del campeón. Alcázar starred for two seasons in Netflix's Narcos. Perez has recurred on FOX's Gotham and FX on Hulu's A Teacher. Alejandro starred for three seasons in Disney's Bunk'd.
  • Arrizon will play Maximo, a young Mexican man whose dream comes true when he gets the job of a lifetime at the hottest resort in Acapulco. But soon he realizes that the gig is far more complicated than he ever imagined as all of his beliefs and morals start to be questioned.
  • Alcázar will play Don Pablo, the head of operations at the Acapulco resort.
  • Perez will play Julia, the resort's front desk receptionist.
  • Alejandro will play Hugo, Older Maximo's (Eugenio Derbez) nephew.
HBO's UNTITLED LOS ANGELES LAKERS DRAMA
  • Brett Cullen and Lola Kirke have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring John C. Reilly, Jason Clarke, Adrien Brody and Sally Field. Cullen has recurred on CBS' Person of Interest, Netflix's Narcos, CBS' Under the Dome, HBO's True Detective and USA's Queen of the South. Kirke previously starred for four seasons in Amazon's Mozart in the Jungle.
  • Cullen will play Bill Sharman, the former NBA star and head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers. He is the ultimate renaissance man: a collegiate basketball champion and four-time NBA champion, with a short stint as a Major League Baseball player, a career as one of the most influential NBA coaches of all time, and a third career as legendary GM of the Lakers. He even once punched a shark in the face, while on vacation in Acapulco. But as he begins to feel his age and lose his voice, he must consider his future - and the future of the team he loves.
  • Kirke will play Karen West, Jerry West's (Clarke) wife. She might be married to one of basketball's biggest legends, but she sees the real Jerry West - and loves him for who he is, not his many accolades.
AMAZON's CITADEL
  • Osy Ikhile and Caoilinn Springall are set as series regulars on the upcoming drama starring Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Furthermore, Stanley Tucci, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Susan Lynch, Sara Martins, Leo Woodall, Gráinne Good and Leo Ashizawa will appear in recurring roles.
  • No details were immediately announced about the characters the nine actors will be playing.
CBS' SEAL TEAM
  • Jason Dohring has booked a recurring role on the drama's fourth season. He previously starred for four seasons in UPN/Hulu's Veronica Mars as well as its 2014 feature film. He has also recurred on The CW's The Originals and The CW's iZombie.
  • He will play LCDR Whitshaw, a charismatic and intelligent, high-ranking officer with a stellar reputation. He knows how to work the regulation and system to his advantage. He has a cunning ability to cover his own tracks, which makes him a formidable adversary.
THE CW's CHARMED
  • Mareya Salazar has landed a recurring role on the drama's third season. She will be making her television acting debut on the drama.
  • She will play Josefina, the Charmed Ones' second cousin. She is a strong, opinionated young woman who shows up on their doorstep with surprises and secrets. She also has a mission of her own.
NETFLIX's MONSTER: THE JEFFREY DAHMER STORY
  • Michael Learned has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming limited series starring Evan Peters and Niecy Nash. She is a four-time Emmy Award winner - prevailing three times for CBS' The Waltons and once for CBS' Nurse.
  • She will play Catherine Dahmer, Jeffrey's (Peters) grandmother.
