SHOWTIME NEW PILOT ORDER
  • LET THE RIGHT ONE IN (Drama) - Inspired by the 2004 novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist and its 2008 film adaptation. Starring Demián Bichir (The Bridge). Written by Away creator Andrew Hinderaker. Directed by Seith Mann. Executive produced by Hinderaker, Mann, Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements. Produced by Tomorrow Studios. Logline: The lives of Mark (Bichir) and his 12-year-old daughter were changed forever 10 years earlier when she was turned into a vampire. Locked in at age 12, perhaps forever, Eleanor lives a closed-in life, able to go out only at night, while her father does his best to provide her with the minimal amount of human blood she needs to stay alive.
