NBC Orders Drama 'Ordinary Joe' Starring James Wolk to Series

NBC has today given a series order to the original drama series Ordinary Joe starring James Wolk (Zoo, Tell Me a Story). The series is the last of the five pilots the network produced last fall to receive word of its future.

The drama explores the three parallel lives of Joe (Wolk) after he makes a pivotal choice at a crossroads in his life. The series asks the question of how different life might look if you made your decision based on love, loyalty or passion.

In addition to Wolk, the drama stars Natalie Martinez, Charlie Barnett and Elizabeth Lail.

Russel Friend and Garrett Lerner wrote the pilot, which was directed by Adam Davidson. They executive produce with Matt Reeves, Adam Kassan, Rafi Crohn and Howard Klein. 20th Television, Universal Television, 6th & Idaho Productions and 3 Arts Entertainment produce.
