Showtime Announces Premiere Dates for 'Black Monday,' 'The Chi' and 'Flatbush Misdemeanors'

Showtime has today announced premiere dates for the new seasons of returning drama The Chi and returning comedy Black Monday as well as the series debut of the original comedy series Flatbush Misdemeanors.






All three shows will premiere on Sunday, May 23 - with the fourth season of The Chi at 9/8c., the third season of Black Monday at 10/9c. and the first season of Flatbush Misdemeanors at 10:30/9:30c.

The Chi stars Jacob Latimore, Alex Hibbert, Yolonda Ross, Shamon Brown Jr., Michael V. Epps, Birgundi Baker, Luke James and Curtiss Cook. 

Lena Waithe created the drama, with Justin Hillian serving as showrunner. They executive produce with Common, Aaron Kaplan, Rick Famuyiwa, Derek Dudley, Shelby Stone and Rishi Rajani. 20th Television, Hillman Grad Productions and Freedom Road Productions produce.

Black Monday stars Don Cheadle, Andrew Rannells, Regina Hall and Paul Scheer.

David Caspe and Jordan Cahan created the comedy. They executive produce with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. Sony Pictures Television produces.

Created by and starring Kevin Iso and Dan Perlman, new comedy Flatbush Misdemeanors follow Dan and Kevin as they struggle to thrive in their new surroundings in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The two longtime friends seek to climb out of their heads and connect with others.

Iso and Perlman executive produce with showrunner Nastaran Dibai, Richard Allen-Turner, Jon Thoday, David Martin, Chloe Pisello and director Justin Tipping. Avalon Television produces.
