AppleTV+'s Untitled Maya Rudolph Comedy; FOX's Our Kind of People; HBO Max's Our Flag Means Death & The Staircase; Paramount's Yellowstone; Peacock's Joe Exotic; and Starz's Gaslit.




STARZ's GASLIT
  • Allison Tolman, J.C. MacKenzie, Chris Bauer, Hamish Linklater and Chris Messina have joined the cast of the upcoming limited series starring Julia Roberts and Sean Penn. Tolman was Emmy Award nominated for the first season of FX's Fargo and currently stars in the second season of Paramount+'s Why Women Kill. MacKenzie starred in Netflix's one-season drama October Faction. Bauer starred for four seasons in Starz's Survivor's Remorse and three seasons in HBO's The Deuce. Linklater starred for two seasons in FX's Legion. Messina starred in the HBO limited series Sharp Objects and in the third season of USA's The Sinner.
  • Tolman will play Winnie McLendon, the DC journalist who would ultimately become Martha Mitchell's (Roberts) biographer. An intrepid young journalist trapped in the "pink ghetto" of society stories, she first sees Martha as just another puff piece in Ladies Home Journal but ends up embroiled in the heart of the Watergate scandal.
  • MacKenzie will play Howard Hunt, a former CIA agent who once collaborated with G. Gordon Liddy (Shea Whigham) in Nixon's "Plumbers" unit and helps him execute the bungled Watergate break-in.
  • Bauer will play James McCord, a former CIA operative who serves as the head of the security team for John (Penn) and Martha Mitchell. On orders from his boss, McCord becomes one of the Watergate burglars and forms an unlikely connection with Martha, who recognizes him after he's arrested.
  • Linklater will play Jeb Magruder, a high-level bureaucrat behind Watergate and John Mitchell's right-hand man. He ultimately goes to jail for his involvement in the bungled burglary, but not before his testimony makes headlines.
  • Messina will play Agent Angelo Lano, an FBI agent tasked with the Watergate break-in who, with his partner Paul Magallanes, finds himself stymied at every turn by leaks in his own agency.
PEACOCK's JOE EXOTIC
  • William Fichtner will co-star on the upcoming limited series starring Kate McKinnon and John Cameron Mitchell. He previously starred for three seasons in FOX's Prison Break, two seasons in the international drama Crossing Lines and five seasons in CBS' Mom.
  • He will play Rick Kirkham, Joe Exotic's (Mitchell) reality show producer. Fichtner replaces Dennis Quaid, who was originally cast in the role but has left the project due to a scheduling conflict.
HBO MAX's THE STAIRCASE
  • Tim Guinee has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming limited series starring Colin Firth and Toni Collette. He previously starred for one season in AMC's Hell on Wheels. She has also recurred on CBS' The Good Wife and Showtime's Homeland.
  • He will play Bill Peterson, Michael Peterson's (Firth) younger brother and an attorney by training.
APPLE TV+'s UNTITLED MAYA RUDOLPH COMEDY
  • Joel Kim Booster is set as a series regular on the upcoming comedy starring Maya Rudolph and Mj Rodriguez. The stand-up comedian previously starred in NBC's one-season comedy Sunnyside. He has also written for Comedy Central's The Other Side and serves as a consulting producer on Netflix's Big Mouth.
  • He will play Nicholas, Molly's (Rudolph) loyal assistant.
PARAMOUNT's YELLOWSTONE
  • Jacki Weaver, Piper Perabo, Kathryn Kelly and Finn Little have landed recurring roles on the drama's upcoming fourth season. Weaver received Academy Award nominations for her supporting performances in Animal Kingdom and Silver Linings Playbook. Perabo starred for five seasons in USA's Covert Affairs. Kelly has recurred on ABC/CMT's Nashville. Little recurred on AXN's Reckoning.
  • Weaver will play Caroline Warner, the CEO of Market Equities who is trying to crush the hold that John Dutton (Kevin Costner) has on his sprawling Montana ranch.
  • Perabo will play a protester from Portland who is against the state-funded police force that protects industrialized farming and the killing of animals.
  • Kelly will play a vet tech who strikes up a relationship with a Dutton ranch cowboy.
  • Little will play Carter, a youth reminiscent of a young Rip (Cole Hauser) whom the Duttons gave a home.
HBO MAX's OUR FLAG MEANS DEATH
  • Ewen Bremner, David Fane, Joel Fry, Guz Khan and Matt Maher have joined the cast of the upcoming comedy starring Rhys Darby and Taika Waititi. Bremner previously starred in the Trainspotting film franchise. Fane recurred on the Australian-New Zealand comedy 800 Words. Fry starred in the BBC One limited series Requiem. Khan starred in the Hulu limited series Four Weddings and a Funeral. Maher has recurred on Amazon's Mozart in the Jungle and FOX's Prodigal Son.
  • Bremner will play Buttons. Fane will play Fang. Fry will play Frenchie. Khan will play Ivan. Maher will play Black Pete.
FOX's OUR KIND OF PEOPLE
  • Nadine Ellis has been tapped to replace LeToya Luckett in the upcoming drama starring Yaya DaCosta and Morris Chestnut. She previously starred for four seasons in BET's Let's Stay Together and two seasons in Netflix's Greenhouse Academy. She has also recurred on The CW's Jane the Virgin, CBS' NCIS: Los Angeles, Showtime's Shameless and Netflix's Country Comfort.
  • She will play Leah Franklin-Dupont, a strong, confident and elegant businesswoman who sits at the top of the food chain of the wealthy, long-standing Black elite in Martha's Vineyard. She feels the pressure of her position, and a responsibility to give back to the Black community. When Angela Vaughn (DaCosta) arrives and starts to shake things up and threaten her family's legacy, Leah makes it her mission to bar Angela from acceptance into the Bluffs before she tears down everything Leah's family has built.
