Amazon's Lightyears & The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel; AMC's The Walking Dead; HBO Max's And Just Like That & Our Flag Means Death; Paramount+'s 1883; Showtime's Super Pumped; and Spectrum's Long Slow Exhale.



AMAZON's LIGHTYEARS
  • Beth Lacke, Stephen Louis Grush and Cass Buggé have landed recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Sissy Spacek and J.K. Simmons. Lacke has previously recurred on ABC's Mixed-ish and Disney+'s High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Grush has recurred on Netflix's Longmire, SundanceTV's Rectify and CBS' NCIS: New Orleans. Buggé has guest starred on FX's Better Things and AppleTV+'s For All Mankind.
  • Lacke will play Chandra, a former student of Irene York (Spacek) who is dissatisfied with her job as a caregiver at a local nursing home and with life in general. A chance encounter with her teacher sends Chandra in a new direction.
  • Grush will play Nick, a socially awkward loner who operates the family drapery business and who boasts his own strange charisma. He's eager to impress, and often finds himself on the wrong side of bad situations. He has an unexpected connection to Stella (Julieta Zylberberg).
  • Buggé will play Jeanine, who has been married to Byron (Adam Bartley) for seven years and is newly arrived in Farnsworth. She works as a customer service rep for a travel company and is trying to build a social circle. While she still loves her husband, she's finding it increasingly difficult to tolerate his suspicions about their elderly neighbors, Irene and Franklin (Simmons).
HBO MAX's OUR FLAG MEANS DEATH
  • Leslie Jones and Nat Faxon have booked recurring roles on the upcoming comedy starring Rhys Darby and Taika Waititi. Jones previously starred for five seasons in NBC's Saturday Night Live and currently hosts ABC's Supermarket Sweep, which returns for its second season this fall. Faxon currently stars in the animated comedies Disenchantment on Netflix and HouseBroken on FOX.
  • No details were immediately released about the characters they will be playing.
HBO MAX's AND JUST LIKE THAT
  • Christopher Jackson and LeRoy McClain have joined the cast of the upcoming Sex and the City sequel series. Jackson currently stars in CBS' Bull, which returns for its sixth season this fall. McClain previously recurred on Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
  • Jackson will play Herbert Wexley, a successful Manhattan hedge fund banker and husband to documentarian and mother of three Lisa Todd Wexley (Nicole Ari Parker).
  • McClain will play Andre Rashad Wallace, a successful musician and husband to Dr. Nya Wallace (Karen Pittman).
SHOWTIME's SUPER PUMPED
  • Kerry Bishé will co-star on the upcoming limited series starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Kyle Chandler. She previously starred for four seasons in AMC's Halt and Catch Fire and one season in Netflix's Narcos.
  • She will play Austin Geidt, Uber employee number four - the smart and tough woman who was boots on the ground as Uber expanded from city to city.
PARAMOUNT+'s 1883
  • Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have been cast in the lead roles of the upcoming Yellowstone prequel. Elliott was nominated for an Academy Award in 2019 for his supporting performance in the film A Star Is Born. McGraw and Hill are country singers who married in 1996. McGraw has won 3 Grammy Awards from 20 nominations, while Hill has won 5 Grammy Awards from 17 nominations.
  • Elliott will play Shea Brennan, a tough as nails, handsome cowboy with immense sadness in his past. He has the herculean task of guiding a group from Texas to Montana, and he does not suffer fools.
  • McGraw and Hill will play James and Margaret Dutton, the patriarch and matriarch of the Dutton family, respectively.
SPECTRUM's LONG SLOW EXHALE
  • Melissa Saint-Amand is set for a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Rose Rollins and Josh Lucas. She has previously recurred on Netflix's Ozark and FOX's The Resident. She next appears in an episode of FX on Hulu's upcoming anthology series The Premise.
  • She will play Claire Brockman. No additional details were immediately released.
AMAZON's THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL
  • Alfie Fuller has scored a recurring role on the comedy's upcoming fourth season. She previously guest starred on AppleTV+'s Little America.
  • No details were immediately announced about the character she will be playing.
AMC's THE WALKING DEAD
  • Ian Anthony Dale and Laurie Fortier have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming eleventh and final season. Dale previously starred for three seasons in CBS' Hawaii Five-0, three seasons in TNT's Murder in the First and two seasons in CBS' Salvation. Fortier has recurred on Netflix's Hemlock Grove and USA's Unsolved.
  • Dale will play Tomi, a long-time member of a group recently discovered by our heroes. His existence continually impacts them in ways none of them could imagine, or avoid.
  • Fortier will play Agatha. Further character details are being kept under wraps.
