Amazon Announces Premiere Date for New Drama 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' Based on Film Franchise

Amazon has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original drama series I Know What You Did Last Summer - based on the film franchise of the same name.






The 8-episode first season will launch on Friday, October 15 with its first four episodes. New episodes will be released weekly until the season finale on Friday, November 12.

One year after the fatal car accident that haunted their graduation night, a group of teenagers find themselves bound together by a dark secret and stalked by a brutal killer. As they try to piece together who's after them, they reveal the dark side of their seemingly perfect town - and themselves. Everyone is hiding something, and uncovering the wrong secret could be deadly.

The drama stars Madison Iseman, Bill Heck, Brianne Tju, Ezekiel Goodman, Ashley Moore, Sebastian Amoruso, Fiona Rene, Cassie Beck and Brooke Bloom.

Sara Goodman developed the series. She executive produces with Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Shay Hatten, James Wan, Rob Hackett, Michael Clear, Erik Feig and director Craig Macneill. Amazon Studios, Sony Pictures Television, Original Film and Atomic Monster Productions produce.
