FOX Announces Premiere Dates for 'Call Me Kat' and 'Pivoting'

FOX has today announced the premiere dates for the upcoming second season of its original comedy series Call Me Kat as well as the series debut of its original comedy series Pivoting.






Both comedies will launch on Sunday, January 9 - with Call Me Kat at 8/7c. and Pivoting at 8:30/7:30c. The premieres will occur following the NFL doubleheader. Time period debuts after these launches will be announced at a later date.

Call Me Kat stars Mayim Bialik, Swoosie Kurtz, Leslie Jordan, Kyla Pratt, Julian Gant and Cheyenne Jackson.

Darlene Hunt created the comedy, with Alissa Neubauer serving as showrunner for the second season. They executive produce with Bialik, Jim Parsons, Todd Spiewak, Miranda Hart, Angie Stephenson and Beth McCarthy-Miller. Fox Entertainment, Warner Bros. Television, BBC Studios, Sad Clown Productions and That's Wonderful Productions produce.

Set in Long Island, New York, Pivoting follows three women - and close-knit childhood friends - as they cope with the death of the fourth member of their group. When faced with the reality that life is short, these women pivot, and alter their current paths, by way of a series of impulsive, ill-advised and self-indulgent decisions. These pivots will strengthen their bond and prove it's never too late to screw up your life in the pursuit of happiness.

The comedy stars Eliza Coupe, Ginnifer Goodwin, Maggie Q, JT Neal and Tommy Dewey.
