FX on Hulu's Fleishman Is In Trouble; HBO Max's Minx; Netflix's Avatar: The Last Airbender; and Peacock's Rutherford Falls.





NETFLIX's AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER
  • Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, Lim Kay Siu and Ken Leung have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Gordon Cormier, Kiawentiio, Ian Ousley and Dallas Liu. Lee previously starred for five seasons in the Canadian comedy Kim's Convenience. Siu starred in the film Anna and the King. Leung currently stars in HBO's Industry, which has been renewed for a second season.
  • Lee will play Uncle Iroh, a retired Fire Nation general and the wise and nurturing mentor to his hot-headed nephew, Prince Zuko (Liu).
  • Siu will play Gyatso, a kind and caring Air Nomad monk who is the guardian, father figure and best friend to Aang (Cormier).
  • Leung will play Commander Zhao, a scheming and ambitious Fire Nation military officer who's eager to leverage an unexpected encounter with a desperate Prince Zuko to advance his personal goals.
PEACOCK's RUTHERFORD FALLS
  • Dallas Goldtooth and Kaniehtiio Horn have been cast in recurring roles on the comedy's upcoming second season. Goldtooth previously recurred on FX on Hulu's Reservation Dogs. Horn starred in the National Geographic limited series Barkskins.
  • Goldtooth will play Nelson, a new curator at Reagan's (Jana Schmieding) museum who often tries her patience but might end up being a serious contender for her heart.
  • Horn will play Feather, a larger-than-life gym owner and a hilarious thorn in Terry's (Michael Greyeyes) side.
FX ON HULU's FLEISHMAN IS IN TROUBLE
  • Lizzy Caplan will play the female lead in the upcoming limited series developed by Taffy Brodesser-Akner. She previously starred for two seasons in Starz's Party Down, four seasons in Showtime's Masters of Sex, in the first season of AppleTV+'s Truth Be Told and in the second season of Hulu's Castle Rock. Last week, she was cast in Paramount+'s upcoming series adaptation of Fatal Attraction.
  • She will play Libby, the narrator of the series.
HBO MAX's MINX
  • Alicia Hannah-Kim, Amy Landecker, Gillian Jacobs, Austin Nichols, Rich Sommer, Hope Davis and Stephen Tobolowsky have booked recurring roles on the upcoming comedy starring Ophelia Lovibond and Jake Johnson. Hannah-Kim has guest starred on Freeform's Alone Together and CBS' Hawaii Five-0. Landecker previously starred for four seasons in Amazon's Transparent. Jacobs starred for six seasons in NBC's Community and three seasons in Netflix's Love. Nichols starred for three seasons in The CW's One Tree Hill and two seasons in AMC's The Walking Dead. Sommer starred for seven seasons in AMC's Mad Men and two seasons in The CW's In the Dark. Davis starred in the first season of Showtime's Your Honor and is currently recurring on HBO's Succession. Tobolowsky starred for four seasons in Netflix/Pop's One Day at a Time.
  • Hannah-Kim will play Wendy Mah, a best-selling feminist author.
  • Landecker will play Bridget Westbury, the San Fernando Valley's newest and most conservative city councilwoman.
  • Jacobs will play Maggie, a friend from Joyce's (Lovibond) New York days.
  • Nichols will play Billy "The Goat" Brunson, a hotshot quarterback with a bad-boy reputation.
  • Sommer will play Lenny, Joyce's brother-in-law.
  • Davis will play Victoria Hartnett, a prominent academic feminist.
  • Tobolowsky will play Conrad Ross, the president of Joyce's tennis club.
