HBO Reveals Premiere Date for New Comedy 'Somebody Somewhere' Starring Bridget Everett

HBO has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original comedy series Somebody Somewhere starring comedian and singer Bridget Everett.

The 7-episode first season will premiere on Sunday, January 16 at 10:30/9:30c.

The series follows Sam (Everett), a true Kansan on the surface, but, beneath it all, struggling to fit the hometown mold. Grappling with loss and acceptance, singing is Sam's saving grace and leads her on a journey to discover herself and a community of outsiders who don't fit in but don't give up, showing that finding your people, and finding your voice, is possible. Anywhere. Somewhere.

In addition to Everett, the comedy stars Jeff Hiller, Mary Catherine Garrison, Danny McCarthy and Mike Hagerty.

Recurring guest stars include Murray Hill, Jon Hudson Odom, Heidi Johanningmeier and Jane Brody.

Hannah Bos and Paul Thureen created the comedy. They executive produce with Everett, Jay Duplass, Mark Duplass, Carolyn Strauss, Mel Eslyn, Patricia Breen and Tyler Romary. Mighty Mint and Duplass Brothers Productions produce.
