FX's Fleishman Is in Trouble; Netflix's The Fall of the House of Usher; and Peacock's The Best Man: The Final Chapters.

  • Nicole Ari Parker, Ron Canada, Brandon Victor Dixon, Michael Genet, Yvonna Pearson, Aaron Serotsky, Terrence Terrell, Tobias Truvillion and Eric Scott Ways have landed recurring roles on the upcoming limited series - a sequel to The Best Man film franchise. Parker recently recurred on HBO Max's And Just Like That. Canada recurred on FX's The Strain and Netflix's House of Cards. Dixon starred in the fifth season of Starz's Power. Genet guest starred on Peacock's Dr. Death and Showtime's Billions. Pearson guest starred on Showtime's Flatbush Misdemeanors and The CW's Dynasty. Serotsky recurred on Freeform's The Bold Type and Hulu's Dopesick. Terrell currently stars in CBS' B Positive, which ended its second season last month. Truvillion recurred on FOX's Empire and BET's Sistas. Ways guest starred on CBS' FBI and NBC's New Amsterdam.
  • Parker will play Xiomara Amani, a captivating, high-profile, multi-hyphenate beauty who is sure to disrupt the dynamic of the Best Man crew.
  • Canada will play Wellington, Quentin's (Terrance Howard) father. He is the patriarch of the family and is uncertain about relinquishing control of the family business to his son.
  • Dixon will play Demetrius, west coast chic, and someone from Jordan's (Nia Long) past who has recently come back into her life.
  • Genet will play Dr. Temple, a professor at Fordham University. He's debonair, authoritative, and friendlier than expected.
  • Pearson will play Jasmine, who works at the island resort and takes care of the group during their stay.
  • Serotsky will play Stan, a literary agent.
  • Terrell will play Will, who is handsome, charming and likes to flirt. He works in tech and is taking a much-needed island vacation.
  • Truvillion will play Jaha, a conscious urban farmer who sells produce at a farmer's market and works with many chefs.
  • Ways will play LJ, Lance's (Morris Chestnut) son is made in Lance's image. He is a football prodigy, but football isn't necessarily LJ's passion.
  • Christian Slater and Josh Radnor have booked recurring roles on the upcoming limited series starring Jesse Eisenberg, Lizzy Caplan and Claire Danes. Slater previously starred for four seasons in USA's Mr. Robot, the second season of USA's Dirty John and in the Peacock limited series Dr. Death. Radnor starred for nine seasons in CBS' How I Met Your Mother and currently appears in Amazon's Hunters, which has been renewed for a second season.
  • Slater will play Archer Sylvan, a journalist who wrote a "legendary" article, titled Decoupling, which details the dissolution of a marriage and is pretty close to the story of the series. He is also the obsession of Libby Epstein (Caplan), the narrator and friend of Toby Fleishman's (Eisenberg) from college.
  • Radnor will play Adam, Libby's husband.
  • Bruce Greenwood will replace Frank Langella in the lead role on the upcoming limited series starring Carla Gugino, Mary McDonnell and Mark Hamill. He currently stars in FOX's The Resident, which is now airing its fifth season. Langella was fired from the series after an investigation found he had been involved in unacceptable conduct on set.
  • He will play Roderick Usher, the towering patriarch of the Usher dynasty.
