HBO Renews 'Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty' for Season 2

HBO has today renewed its original drama series Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty for a second season. The renewal comes as the drama is halfway through airing its first season - with the finale set for Sunday, May 8.






The drama stars John C. Reilly, Quincy Isaiah, Jason Clarke, Adrien Brody, Gaby Hoffmann, Tracy Letts, Jason Segel, Julianne Nicholson, Hadley Robinson, DeVaughn Nixon, Solomon Hughes, Tamera Tomakili, Brett Cullen, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Spencer Garrett, Sarah Ramos, Molly Gordon, Joey Brooks, Delante Desouza, Jimel Atkins, Austin Aaron, Jon Young, Rob Morgan and Sally Field.

Max Borenstein and Jim Hecht created the drama. They executive produce with Kevin Messick, Rodney Barnes, Jason Shuman, Scott Stephens and director Adam McKay. Hyperobject Industries produces.
