Peacock Sets Premiere Date for New Drama 'Queer as Folk' Starring Devin Way, Jesse James Keitel and Ryan O'Connell

Peacock has today announced the premiere date for its original drama series Queer as Folk - a reboot of the British drama that aired from 1999-2000 and the Showtime drama that aired from 2000-2005.






The first season will premiere on Thursday, June 9.

The drama explores the lives of a diverse group of friends in New Orleans whose lives are transformed in the aftermath of a tragedy.

The drama stars Devin Way, Fin Argus, Jesse James Keitel, CG, Johnny Sibilly and Ryan O'Connell.

Guest stars include Kim Cattrall, Juliette Lewis, Ed Begley Jr., Armand Fields, Chris Renfro, Eric Graise, Sachin Bhatt, Benito Skinner, Lukas Gage, Megan Stalter, Olli Haaskivi, Calvin Seabrooks and Nyle DiMarco.

Steven Dunn created the drama. He executive produces with Russell T Davis, Lee Eisenberg, Nicola Shindler, Louise Pedersen and Jaclyn Moore. Universal Content Productions and All3Media International produce.
