Comedy Central Picks Up Animated Comedy 'Digman!' Created by and Starring Andy Samberg

Comedy Central has today given a series order to the original animated comedy series Digman! created by and staring Andy Samberg (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Saturday Night Live). An episode count and premiere date window were not immediately announced.

The adventure series is set in a world where archaeologists are cooler than rock stars, with Samberg providing the voice for the protagonist, Rip Digman.

Samberg co-created the series with Neil Campbell. CBS Studios and Lonely Island will produce.
