ABC's Avalon; AppleTV+'s The Big Cigar, Sugar & Untitled Godzilla Drama; HBO's Barry; Hulu's Black Cake; Netflix's Black Mirror; and Showtime's Entitled




SHOWTIME's ENTITLED
  • Donald Sumpter, Brendan Patricks, Pippa Bennett-Warner, Mark Quartley, Jonathan Livingstone, Charlotte Louise Arrowsmith and Kelly Wenham to co-star on the upcoming comedy starring Brett Gelman. Sumpter previously recurred on HBO's Game of Thrones and Chernobyl. Patricks recurred on ITV/PBS' Downton Abbey. Bennett-Warner currently stars in Sky/AMC's Gangs of London, which returns for its second season later this year. Quartley starred in the ITV limited series The Ipcress Files. Livingstone appeared in the HBO Max film The Witches. Arrowsmith guest starred on BBC One/AMC's This Is Going to Hurt. Wenham starred in the 2019 feature film Tales From the Lodge
  • Sumpter will play Quincy, the cold, hard-hearted Baron.
  • Patricks will play Aston, the oldest child, mentally and emotionally equipped for nothing.
  • Bennett-Warner will play Xanthe, the adopted sister - witty, acerbic and guarded.
  • Quartley will play Bart, the youngest sibling, agoraphobic and child-like.
  • Livingstone will play Neville, Gabe's (Gelman) self-serving lawyer and friend.
  • Arrowsmith will play Ms. Whitby, the devoted housekeeper and keeper of secrets.
  • Wenham will play Elizabeth, Gabe's wife, compassionate yet living a lie.
ABC's AVALON
  • Neve Campbell will play the lead role in the upcoming drama created by David E. Kelley. She previously starred in five films of the Scream franchise. She also starred in the first season of Netflix's The Lincoln Lawyer and will return as a recurring guest star in the second season.
  • She will play Detective Nicole "Nic" Searcy, the lone detective assigned to the LA County Sheriff's substation on Catalina Island. Somewhat inscrutable, she isn't easily intimidated and holds firm to her morals. Ironically, her strong moral compass is what go her banished to Catalina's biggest city, Avalon. It's a gig no career-driven LA cop wants, but Nic soon discovers her valuable detective skills are needed more on Avalon than she could have imagined.
APPLE TV+'s THE BIG CIGAR
  • Olli Haaskivi has landed a recurring role on the upcoming limited series starring André Holland and Tiffany Boone. He previously recurred on USA's The Sinner, HBO's The Deuce and NBC's Manifest.
  • He will play Artie Ross, a screenwriter who was at one point blacklisted as the Red Scare infiltrated Hollywood.
HBO's BARRY
  • Patrick Fischler has booked a recurring role on the comedy's upcoming fourth season. He previously starred for two seasons in Syfy's Happy! and in Disney+'s one-season drama The Right Stuff. He will next be seen in Peacock's upcoming limited series A Friend of the Family
  • He will play Lon Oneil, a man with a plan.
HULU's BLACK CAKE
  • Chipo Chung and Anthony Mark Barrow have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Adrienne Warren, Mia Isaac and Ashley Thomas. Chung previously recurred on AMC's Into the Badlands, Amazon's Absentia and AppleTV+'s Foundation. Barrow guest starred on USA's Colony and Netflix's Love, Sex + Robots
  • Chung will play Eleanor Bennett, who leaves behind a series of recordings after losing her battle with cancer. Her stories chronicle her journey from the Caribbean to America that shock her surviving children, and challenge everything they thought they knew about the woman who raised them.
  • Barrow will recur as Clarence "Little Man" Henry, the head of a powerful family in Jamaica in the 1960s who is feared and respected by the island community.
NETFLIX's BLACK MIRROR
  • Rory Culkin will appear in an upcoming episode of the anthology series' sixth season. He previously starred in the Paramount Network limited series Waco and in the FX limited series Under the Banner of Heaven. He also recurred on Hulu's Castle Rock, Showtime's City on a Hill and Netflix's Halston.
  • No details were immediately announced about the character he will be playing.
APPLE TV+'s SUGAR
  • Amy Ryan has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Colin Farrell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste. She received an Academy Award nomination for her supporting performance in the 2007 film Gone Baby Gone. She recently starred in the first season of Hulu's Only Murders in the Building.
  • No details were immediately announced about the character she will be playing.
APPLE TV+'s UNTITLED GODZILLA DRAMA
  • Mari Yamamoto is set as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Kurt and Wyatt Russell. She previously recurred on AppleTV+'s Pachinko and starred in the Netflix film Kate.
  • No details were immediately announced about the character she will be playing.
