- John Hawkes, Christopher Eccleston, Fiona Shaw, Finn Bennett and Anna Lambe will co-star on the upcoming fourth installment of the anthology drama starring Jodie Foster and Kali Reis. Hawkes previously starred for three seasons in HBO's Deadwood and in the Amazon limited series Too Old to Die Young. Eccleston starred for three seasons in HBO's The Leftovers and three seasons in BBC One's The A Word. Shaw starred for four seasons in BBC America's Killing Eve and currently appears in Disney+'s Andor. Bennett currently stars in Sky Atlantic/Epix's Domina, which has been renewed for a second season. Lambe stars in Amazon's upcoming drama Three Pines.
- Hawkes will play Hank Prior, a police officer with old grudges hiding under a quiet surface.
- Eccleston will play Ted Corsaro, the regional Chief of Police and a political animal with a long history tying him to Liz Danvers (Foster).
- Shaw will play Rose Aguineau, a survivalist with a past full of secrets.
- Bennett will play Peter Prior, Danvers' protégé and apprentice - both for better or worse.
- Lambe will play Kayla Malee, a young nurse with little patience for anybody that messes with her family.

- Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, Lucas Grabeel, Bart Johnson, Alyson Reed, Kaycee Stroh, Kylie Cantrall, Matthew Sato, Caitlin Reilly and Vasthy Mompoint have booked recurring roles on the comedy's upcoming fourth season.
- Bleu, Coleman, Grabeel, Johnson, Reed and Stroh will play themselves as they reunite to film the long-awaited "High School Musical 4: The Reunion" on location at East High School.
- Cantrall will play Dani, a social media star.
- Sato will play Mack, a sitcom actor.
- Reilly will play Quinn, an indie film director.
- Mompoint will play Krystal, a choreographer.
