ABC's Big Sky; AMC's Straight Man; AppleTV+'s The Morning Show & Sinking Spring; Disney+'s Ahsoka; and Paramount+'s Criminal Minds: Evolution.




APPLE TV+'s SINKING SPRING
  • Michael Mando has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Brian Tyree Henry. He previously starred for six seasons in AMC's Better Call Saul. He also recurred on BBC America's Orphan Black.
  • He will play Manny Cespedes, a good-hearted friend of Ray's (Henry), who he first met when they did time together in the Youth Authority.
APPLE TV+'s THE MORNING SHOW
  • Stephen Fry has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. He previously received Tony Award nominations in 1987 for co-writing the musical Me and My Gal and in 2014 for his featured performance in the play Twelfth Night. He recently recurred on Hulu's The Dropout and Netflix's The Sandman.
  • He will play Leonard Cromwell, a ruthless UBA board member working to steer the company through troubled financial waters.
PARAMOUNT+'s CRIMINAL MINDS: EVOLUTION
  • Zach Gilford has booked a recurring role on the upcoming revival of the CBS drama. He previously starred for three seasons in NBC's Friday Night Lights, two seasons in Spectrum's L.A.'s Finest and in the Netflix limited series Midnight Mass. He will next star in Netflix's upcoming limited series The Midnight Club, which debuts next month.
  • He will play Elias Voit, an operations analyst for a global cyber-security firm who has a dark side and obsession with death.
DISNEY+'s AHSOKA
  • Eman Esfandi has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Rosario Dawson. His film credits include Hostage 911, Red 11, King Richard and the upcoming The Inspection - which debuted to rave reviews at the Toronto Film Festival this week.
  • He will play Ezra Bridger, a character first seen in the animated series Star Wars Rebels. He grew from an orphan with a knack for the Force into a Rebel who trained in the ways of the Jedi.
ABC's BIG SKY
  • Angelique Cabral is set for a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. She previously starred for four seasons in CBS' Life in Pieces and in Hulu's one-season comedy Maggie.
  • She will play Carla, the ex-wife of Sheriff Beau Arlen (Jensen Ackles).
AMC's STRAIGHT MAN
  • Olivia Scott Welch will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Bob Odenkirk and Mireille Enos. She previously starred in Netflix's Fear Street film franchise and in Amazon's one-season drama Panic.
  • She will play Julie, Hank (Odenkirk) and Lily's (Enos) only child. She is bewildering to Hank, a daughter he shares almost nothing in common with (or so he thinks). She does not like to read, never graduated college, doesn't have a job that pays her enough to live on, and yet feels entitled to her parents' lifestyle. But she's strong-willed and self-possessed, a person who knows exactly what she wants in life, even if she's a little delusional about how to get it.
