John Bradley and Joanne Froggatt to Star in Paramount+'s Upcoming Drama 'North Shore' Created by Mike Bullen

Paramount+ has today given a series order to the original drama series North Shore starring John Bradley (Game of Thrones, Three-Body Problem) and Joanne Froggatt (Downton Abbey, Last Light). Production on the 6-episode season will being in October in Sydney, Australia.





Set around Sydney Harbour, the drama will follow the clash of cultures when British and Australian detectives team to solve a complex murder mystery, and uncover a conspiracy with international political consequences.

Offside with his colleagues, British detective Max Wylie (Bradley) is seconded to Australia to observe the investigation into the suspicious death of a young woman, the daughter of a British cabinet minister (Froggatt). When Max travels to Australia his life is at a crossroads. His boss doubts Max is a team player and questions whether he has a future in the police, and his wife is contemplating calling time on their marriage.

Mike Bullen created the drama. He executive produces with David Maher, David Taylor, Di Hadden and director Gregor Jordan. ITV Studios, Beach Road Pictures and Screen Australia produce.
