Paramount+ Announces Premiere Date for New Drama '1923' Starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren

Paramount+ has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original drama series 1923 starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren.







The 8-episode first season will launch on Sunday, December 18. New episodes will then be released weekly every Sunday.

The next installment of the Yellowstone origin story introduces a new generation of Duttons. Led by Jacob (Ford) and Cara Dutton (Mirren), the series will explore the early 20th century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west and the Duttons who call it home.

In addition to Ford and Mirren, the drama stars Brandon Sklenar, Darren Mann, Michelle Randolph, James Badge Dale, Marley Shelton, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Julia Schlaepfer and Jerome Flynn.

Recurring guest stars include Sebastian Roché, Robert Patrick, Jennifer Ehle and Timothy Dalton.

Taylor Sheridan created the drama. He executive produces with John Linson, Art Linson, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari and Ben Richardson. MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions produce.
