Disney+'s Goosebumps; FOX's Alert; HBO's The Palace; Netflix's Survival of the Thickest; and Peacock's Based on a True Story.





FOX's ALERT
  • Adeola Role, Ryan Broussard and Graham Verchere have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming drama starring Dania Ramirez and Scott Caan. Role previously guest starred on FX's Pose, NBC's The Blacklist and CBS' Blue Bloods. Broussard currently recurs on Hulu's Only Murders in the Building and BET's Sistas. Verchere recurred on FX's Fargo, The CW's Supergirl and ABC's The Good Doctor.
  • Role will play Kemi, a confident and generous member of the Missing Persons Unit. She's proficient in many languages, highly discerning of visual clues, and uses her know-how as a shaman to take a holistic approach to her job.
  • Broussard will play Mike, Nikki's (Ramirez) fellow investigator and lover, having met when he was assigned to oversee the search for Keith. He is playful, good-hearted and sometimes charmingly goofy. Raised to the sounds of gunfire and mayhem, he feels he dodged a bullet, leaving him the eternal optimist.
  • Verchere will play Keith. Abducted at age 11 and long-since presumed dead, he resurfaces as a seemingly normal, gangly 17-year-old teenager, happy to be reunited with his family, albeit a tad tentative.
NETFLIX's SURVIVAL OF THE THICKEST
  • Garcelle Beauvais, Anissa Felix, Peppermint, Taylor Selé and Marouane Zotti have joined the cast of the upcoming comedy created by and starring Michelle Buteau. Beauvais currently stars in Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which is now airing its twelfth season. Felix guest starred on CBS' FBI and Paramount+'s The Good Fight. Peppermint was the runner-up on the ninth season of VH1's RuPaul's Drag Race. Selé starred in ABC's one-season drama Queens. Zotti recurred on HBO's I May Destroy You.
  • Beauvais will play Natasha. Felix will play India. Peppermint will play a character with the same name. Selé will play Jacque. Zotti will play Luca.
DISNEY+'s GOOSEBUMPS
  • Justin Long, Ana Yi Puig, Miles McKenna and Will Price will star in the upcoming drama based on the novels by R.L. Stine. Long currently stars in the horror film Barbarian. Puig starred in the Netflix film Senior Year. McKenna appeared in the 2020 feature film Nocturne. Price guest starred on NBC's The Endgame and CBS' The Equalizer.
  • Long will play Nathan Bratt, the new schoolteacher who develops a terrifying connection to a decades-old supernatural murder.
  • Puig will play Isabella, who is smart and naturally shy with an overwhelming sense of responsibility.
  • McKenna will play James, the class clown who loves the spotlight and hails from one of the wealthiest families in Port Lawrence.
  • Price will play Jeff, the rebellious skateboarder who is grappling with the untimely death of his daredevil father.
HBO's THE PALACE
  • Matthias Schoenaerts is set as a series regular in the upcoming limited series starring Kate Winslet. He can currently be seen in the feature film Amsterdam directed by David O. Russell. He also stars in Netflix's The Old Guard film franchise.
  • No details were immediately announced about the character he will be playing.
PEACOCK's BASED ON A TRUE STORY
  • Chris Messina will play the male lead in the upcoming limited series starring Kaley Cuoco. He previously starred for four seasons in FOX/Hulu's The Mindy Project, in the HBO limited series Sharp Objects and in the third season of USA's The Sinner.
  • He will play Nathan, the washed-up tennis star husband of realtor Ava (Cuoco)
