  • Mandy Moore will play the female lead opposite Edgar Ramirez in the upcoming second installment of the anthology series. She previously starred for six seasons in NBC's This Is Us, receiving an Emmy Award nomination for her lead performance in 2019.
  • She will play Benita Alexander, an investigative journalist who falls into a whirlwind romance with Paolo Macchiarini (Ramirez) only to realize she'd be uncovering more about him than she would have ever imagined. As Benita learns how far Paolo will go to protect his secrets, a group of doctors halfway across the world make shocking discoveries of their own that call everything about the "Miracle Man" into question.
  • Takayuki Suzuki has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He previously appeared in the Netflix film The Outsider and guest starred on AppleTV+'s Invasion.
  • He will play Masahito Ohno, a brilliant and charming architect who is a client at the hostess club at the heart of the new season. Slowly he's pulled into the underworld that lies behind the club, and finds himself faced with a terrible choice.
