AMAZON's CROSS
- Ryan Eggold and Isaiah Mustafa will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Aldis Hodge. Eggold currently stars in NBC's New Amsterdam, which ends after five seasons early next year. Mustafa starred for three seasons in Freeform's Shadowhunters and in the 2019 film It Chapter 2.
- Eggold will play Ed Ramsey, whose humble Midwest roots are the core of his irresistible charm, but he's got elbows sharp enough to carve out space in the elite social and political circles of D.C. and New York. He is smooth, well-connected and devious. He also can be physically imposing when he needs to be and has some very dark secrets. While initially a fan of Alex Cross (Hodge), Ramsey soon becomes a formidable adversary.
- Mustafa will play John Sampson, also known as "Two-John" and "Man-Mountain." He is Alex's partner on the force and best friend of 30years. Full of swagger and larger than life, he believes that Cross is at a crisis point and needs to seek professional help.
HULU's CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN MURDER AND MAYHEM
- Christian Svensson has booked a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Mandy Patinkin and Violett Beane. He previously starred in the Swedish drama Gåsmamman.
- He will play Andreas Windeler, a physically intimidating and intellectual businessman who serves as an emissary to an elusive criminal figure.
PARAMOUNT+'s 1923
- Peter Stormare, Tim DeKay and Amelia Rico have landed recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren. Stormare previously recurred on Epix's Get Shorty and Starz's American Gods. DeKay starred for six seasons in USA's White Collar and recurred on ABC's American Crime. Rico recurred on AMC's Dark Winds and guest starred on Netflix's Mo.
- Stormare will play Lucca, a weathered but wise sailor, tanned from decades on the ocean, his accent a soup of a thousand dialects.
- DeKay will play Bob Strafford, a Montana rancher who's anticipating an imminent wedding between his daughter and one of the Duttons.
- Rico will play Issaxche, a Crow woman hoping to reunite with her family.
