FOX Cancels 'Monarch' After One Season

A day after airing its season finale, FOX has today announced the cancellation of its original drama series Monarch after one season. The drama will end after producing 11 episodes.

The drama starred Susan Sarandon, Anna Friel, Trace Adkins, Joshua Sasse, Beth Ditto, Iñigo Pascual, Meagan Holder, Martha Higareda and Emma Milani.

Melissa London Hilfers created the drama. She executive produced with Jon Feldman, Gail Berman, Hend Baghdady, Jason Owen and Jason Ensler. Fox Entertainment, Sandbox Entertainment and The Jackal Group produced.
