AppleTV+ Sets Premiere Date for Limited Series 'The Last Thing He Told Me' Starring Jennifer Garner and Angourie Rice

During the streamer's presentation at the Television Critics Association's winter press tour today, AppleTV+ announced the premiere date for its upcoming original limited series The Last Thing He Told Me starring Jennifer Garner and Angourie Rice.





The 7-episode limited series will premiere on Friday, April 14 with its first two episodes. New episodes will then be released weekly every Friday until the season finale on May 19.

Based on the novel by Laura Dave, the series follows Hannah (Garner), a woman who must forge a relationship with her 16-year-old stepdaughter Bailey (Rice) in order to find the truth about why her husband has mysteriously disappeared.

In addition to Garner and Rice, the cast includes Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Aisha Tyler, Augusto Aguilera, Geoff Stults and John Harlan Kim.

Dave co-created the series with her husband, Josh Singer. They executive produce with Garner, Reese Witherspoon, Lauren Neustadter and director Olivia Newman. 20th Television and Hello Sunshine produce.
