ABC NEW PILOT ORDER
  • DROP-OFF (Comedy, Single Camera) - Based on the British series Motherland, which ran for three seasons from 2016-22. Starring Ellie Kemper (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) and Karan Soni (Miracle Workers). Written by Julieanne Smolinski. Directed by Michael Showalter. Executive produced by Smolinski, Showalter, Kemper, Sharon Horgan, Clelia Mountford, Stacy Greenberg, Kira Carstensen, Paul Feig, Dan Magnante, Holly Walsh and Helen Serafinowicz. Animation and Brownstone Productions. Logline: Catching up with the Flintstone family two decades later, Fred (Root) is on the brink of retirement and 20-something Pebbles (Banks) embarks on her own career. As the Stone Age gives way to a shiny and enlightened new Bronze Age, the residents of Bedrock will find this evolution harder than a swing from Bamm-Bamm's (Jacinto) club. Sedaris will voice Wilma, with Byer as Betty, Truglio as Barney.
