Paramount+ Cancels 'iCarly' Revival After 3 Seasons

Paramount+ has today decided to cancel its original comedy series iCarly after three seasons. The comedy wrapped its 33-episode run on July 27, 2023.






The streamer released the following statement: "The series had a great three-season run and delivered on what fans really wanted to see with Carly and Freddie finally getting together. We want to thank the entire cast, the writers, directors and producers along with the whole crew for their dedication, creativity and talent."

The comedy starred Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor, Nathan Kress, Laci Mosley and Jaidyn Triplett.

Ali Schouten developed the comedy. She executive produced with Cosgrove and director Phill Lewis. Trainor and Kress served as producers. Nickelodeon Productions and Typical Bastard Productions produced.

The comedy was a revival of the Nickelodeon series that aired from September 2007 to November 2012. The original run produced 97 episodes across six seasons.
