Paramount+ Cancels 'Joe Pickett' After Two Seasons

Paramount+ has today decided to cancel its original drama series Joe Pickett after two seasons. The drama produced its first season for Spectrum before transitioning to Paramount+ for its second season, which aired earlier this year.

The drama starred Michael Dorman, Julianna Guill, Sharon Lawrence, Skywalker Hughes, Kamryn Pilva, Mustafa Speaks, Chad Rook, Aadila Dosani, Keean Johnson, Vivienne Guynn and David Alan Grier.

John Erick Dowdle and Drew Dowdle developed the drama based on the series of novels by C.J. Box. All three executive produced with Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher. Paramount Television Studios, Red Wagon Entertainment and Brothers Dowdle Productions produced.

The drama finished its 20-episode run on July 30, 2023.
