CBS Renews 'Fire Country' and 'Ghosts'

CBS has today renewed its original drama series Fire Country for a third season and its original comedy series Ghosts for a fourth season. Both series will return for the broadcast network's upcoming 2024-25 schedule.






"Ghosts and Fire Country are proven viewer favorites on both broadcast and streaming thanks to exceptional storytelling, talented actors and an ever-growing fan base," said Amy Reisenbach, President, CBS Entertainment. "We are elated to keep the momentum going and bring them back to CBS next season."

Ghosts stars Rose McIver, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Brandon Scott Jones, Richie Moriarty, Danielle Pinnock, Asher Grodman, Román Zaragoza, Sheila Carrasco, Rebecca Wisocky and Devon Chandler Long.

Joe Port and Joe Wiseman developed the comedy based on the British series of the same name. They executive produce with Trent O'Donnell, Jay Karas, Matthew Baynton, Jim Howick, Simon Farnaby, Laurence Rickard, Ben Willbond, Martha Howe-Douglas, Alison Carpenter, Debra Hayward, Alison Owen and Angie Stephenson. CBS Studios, Lionsgate Television, BBC Studios and Monumental Television produce.

Fire Country stars Max Thieriot, Billy Burke, Kevin Alejandro, Diane Farr, Stephanie Arcila, Jordan Calloway and Jules Latimer.

Thieriot co-created the drama with Tony Phelan and Joan Rater. They executive produce with Tia Napolitano, Jerry Bruckheimer and KristieAnne Reed. CBS Studios and Jerry Bruckheimer Television produce.
