Max Sets Premiere Date for Season 3 of 'Hacks'

Max has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming third season of its original comedy series Hacks.







The 9-episode third season will debut on Thursday, May 2 with its first two episodes. Two episodes will then be released weekly every Thursday until the season finale on May 30.

A year after parting, Deborah Vance is riding high off the success of her standup special while Ava pursues new opportunities back in Los Angeles.

The comedy stars Jean Smart, Hannah Einbinder, Paul W. Downs, Megan Stalter and Carl Clemons-Hopkins.

Returning recurring guest stars include Kaitlin Olson, Christopher McDonald, Mark Indelicato, Rose Abdoo and Lorenza Izzo.

New guest stars this season include Helen Hunt, Christina Hendricks, Christopher Lloyd, Dan Bucatinsky, George Wallace and Tony Goldwyn.

Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello and Jen Statsky created the comedy. They executive produce with Michael Schur, David Miner and Morgan Sackett. Universal Television, Paulilu Productions, First Thought Productions, Fremulon and 3 Arts Entertainment produce.
