Amazon's We Were Liars; MGM+'s Nine Bodies in a Mexican Morgue; Netflix's The Sandman; Paramount+'s Lioness; and Starz's P-Valley.





MGM+'s NINE BODIES IN A MEXICAN MORGUE
  • David Ajala, Lydia Wilson, Peter Gadiot, Siobhán McSweeney, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, Adam Long and Jan Le will co-star opposite Eric McCormack in the upcoming limited series. Ajala currently stars in Paramount+'s Star Trek: Discovery, which is now airing its fifth and final season. Wilson starred in the German drama The Swarm, which aired stateside on The CW. Gadiot starred for four seasons in USA's Queen of the South. McSweeney starred for three seasons in Channel 4's Derry Girls. Ólafsson starred for two seasons in AMC's NOS4A2 and in the first season of BBC One's The Tourist. Long recurred on AppleTV+'s Masters of the Air. Le guest starred on FX's Atlanta and BBC One's The Capture.
  • Ajala will play Zack. Wilson will play Sonja. Gadiot will play Carlos. McSweeney will play Lisa. Ólafsson will play Travis. Long will play Dan. Le will play Amy.
NETFLIX's THE SANDMAN
  • Esmé Creed-Miles, Adrian Lester and Barry Sloane will appear in the drama's upcoming second season. Creed-Miles previously starred for three seasons in Amazon's Hanna. Lester currently stars in Disney+'s Renegade Nell, which released its first season in March 2024. Sloane currently stars in ITV's The Bay, which has been renewed for a fifth season.
  • Creed-Miles will play Delirium. Lester will play Destiny. Sloane will play The Prodigal.
  • The trio will join returning cast members Tom Sturridge, Kirby, Mason Alexander Park, Donna Preston, Patton Oswalt, Vivienne Acheampong, Gwendoline Christie, Jenna Coleman, Ferdinand Kingsley, Stephen Fry, Asim Chaudhry, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Vanesu Samunyai and Razane Jammal.
STARZ's P-VALLEY
  • Nicholas G. Sims, De'Adre Aziza, Brandon J. Dirden, Moritz J. Williams, Chaz Hodges, Bella Blaq and Jay Jones have landed recurring roles on the drama's upcoming third season. Sims previously guest starred on CBS' East New York and Hulu's Wu-Tang: An American Saga. Aziza recurred on Starz's Power Book II: Ghost and Run the World. Dirden starred for three seasons in FX's The Americans. Williams currently stars in BET+'s The Black Hamptons, which wrapped its second season in January 2024. Hodges starred in the short film Chevy and Caprice. Blaq stars in the upcoming film Sin. Jones recurred on Netflix's Sweet Magnolias
  • Sims will play Calvin, a passionate member of the Chief-Fi-Chiefs, Chucalissa's oldest gang.
  • Aziza will play Red, the first lady of the Hurt Village Hustlas.
  • Dirden will play Detective Sykes, a dogged officer investigating the recent uptick in crime in Chucalissa.
  • Williams will play Chance, the new Sweeper who's got the Pynk in a tizzy.
  • Hodges will play Sage, a quirky employee of Roulette (Gail Bean) who marches to the beat of her own drummer.
  • Blaq will play Elaine, a brash and bold employee of Roulette.
  • Jones will play Prince, the hot-headed leader of the Hurt Village Hustlas, the younger and rowdier of Chucalissa's two preeminent gangs.
PARAMOUNT+'s LIONESS
  • Genesis Rodriguez has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. She previously starred in the third season of Netflix's The Umbrella Academy and recurred on Netflix's Neon.
  • She will play Captain Josephina Carrillo, a dedicated soldier and skilled helicopter pilot with a fierce personality.
AMAZON's WE WERE LIARS
  • David Morse has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Mamie Gummer, Caitlin FitzGerald and Candice King. He currently stars in AppleTV+'s The Last Thing He Told Me, which has been renewed for a second season. He previously starred for three seasons in HBO's Treme, two seasons in WGN America's Outsiders, in the Showtime limited series Escape at Dannemora, and in the Netflix limited series The Chair.
  • He will play Harris Sinclair, the proud patriarch of the Sinclair family who built his fortune with a respected media empire. He abides by an endless set of life mottos: Be a credit to the family. Never discuss your problems in restaurants. All ailments can be cured by outdoor exercise. He is charming and warm - and always down to play a game of tennis with his daughters or his grandchildren, though he's never once let them win. His private island off Martha's Vineyard is his kingdom, and he reigns benevolently... or so it seems.
