PRIME VIDEO's CARRIE
- Samantha Sloyan, Alison Thornton, Thalia Dudek, Amber Midthunder, Josie Totah, Arthur Conti and Joel Oulette will co-star on the upcoming limited series starring Summer Howell. Sloyan previously starred in the Netflix limited series Midnight Mass, The Midnight Club and The Fall of the House of Usher. Thornton recurred on The CW's Nancy Drew and Paramount+'s School Spirits. Dudek recently guest starred on Disney+'s Doctor Who. Midthunder starred for three seasons in FX's Legion and three seasons in The CW's Roswell, New Mexico. Totah currently stars in AppleTV+'s The Buccaneers, which returns for its second season later this month. Conti starred in the 2024 film Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. Oulette recurred on Netflix's My Life With the Walter Boys and The CW's Sullivan's Crossing.
- Sloyan will play Margaret White, Carrie's (Howell) domineering mother.
- Thornton will play Chris Hargensen. Dudek will play Emaline. Midthunder will play Miss Desjardin. Totah will play Tina. Conti will play Billy. Oulette will play Tommy.
NETFLIX's THE LINCOLN LAWYER
- Cobie Smulders will appear in the drama's upcoming fourth season finale. She previously starred for nine seasons in CBS' How I Met Your Mother and two seasons in Netflix's Friends From College. She recently guest starred on FOX's Accused and AppleTV+'s Shrinking.
- No details were immediately announced about the character she will be playing. However, she is expected to set up the plot for Season 5 should the drama be renewed.
CBS' BOSTON BLUE
- Maggie Lawson has joined the cast of the upcoming Blue Bloods spinoff starring Donnie Wahlberg, Sonequa Martin-Green and Ernie Hudson. She previously starred for eight seasons in USA's Psych as well as its three follow-up films. She also recurred on CBS' Two and a Half Men, FOX's Lethal Weapon, Netflix's The Ranch, and Netflix's Santa Clarita Diet.
- She will play Sarah Silver, the strong-willed and decisive Superintendent in the Boston Police Department who is Lena's (Martin-Green) stepsister. She is well aware of the tightrope she can walk sometimes between her job and her family.
