DISNEY+'s RIVALS
- Hayley Atwell and Rupert Everett have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. Atwell starred in Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning and Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning. Everett starred in My Best Friend's Wedding and in the Shrek film franchise.
- Atwell will play Helen Gordon, the ex-wife of Rupert Campbell-Black (Alex Hassell) and the mother of his two children, Marcus and Tabitha.
- Everett will play Malise Gordon, Helen's husband and Campbell-Black's former show-jumping coach and mentor.
- Additional guest stars in the second season include Maxim Ays, Holly Cattle, Oliver Dench, Amanda Lawrence, Bobby Lockwood, Eliot Salt and Jonny Weldon.
PRIME VIDEO's JOSEPH OF EGYPT
- Omid Abtahi has landed a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Adam Hashmi. He previously starred for three seasons in Starz's American Gods and recurred on Disney+'s The Mandalorian.
- He will play Ankuh.
BET+'s THE VARNELL HILL SHOW
- Kym Whitley has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming Martin spinoff starring Tommy Davidson. She previously starred for five seasons in Freeform's Young & Hungry. She also recurred on CBS' The Neighborhood, BET's Twenties, HBO Max's Made for Love, and Netflix's The Upshaws.
- She will play Kim Jones, Varnell's (Davidson) longtime assistant, emotional bodyguard, professional fixer, and the talk show's unofficial executive producer.
