ABC's Shifting Gears; BET+'s The Varnell Hill Show; MGM+'s The Westies; and Prime Video's Joseph of Egypt.





ABC's SHIFTING GEARS
  • Gabriel Iglesias and Lori Greiner will guest star on the comedy's upcoming second season. Iglesias previously starred for two seasons in Netflix's Mr. Iglesias and in the second season of Disney+'s The Santa Clauses. Greiner currently stars in ABC's Shark Tank, which has been renewed for a 17th season.
  • Both will be playing heightened versions of themselves.
MGM+'s THE WESTIES
  • Aidan Wojtak-Hissong, Jeremy Walmsley and Dylan Taylor have landed recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring J.K. Simmons and Titus Welliver. Wojtak-Hissong previously recurred on Netflix's I Am Not Okay With This. Walmsley guest starred on Prime Video's Cross and Hulu's Washington Black. Taylor recurred on USA's Covert Affairs, HBO Max's Station Eleven and Prime Video's Motorheads.
  • Wojtak-Hissong will play Danny Keenan, a restless, sharp-eyed Hell's Kitchen teenager and Officer Keenan's (Welliver) son, an errand boy for the Westies despite his father's disapproval.
  • Walmsley will play Pat, a wiry, volatile young Westie with a chip on his shoulder, quick to throw punches and eager to prove himself.
  • Taylor will play Connor, a jokester and tough young Westie soldier who sticks close to Roarke (Tom Brittney) to survive in Hell's Kitchen.
BET+'s THE VARNELL HILL SHOW
  • Nick Cafero has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming Martin spinoff starring Tommy Davidson. He previously recurred on Prime Video's The Runarounds and guest starred on ABC's Grey's Anatomy
  • He will play Jonah Michaelson, the newly self-appointed interim CEO of Mammoth Group. The ultimate nepo baby, he is desperate to prove he belongs.
PRIME VIDEO's JOSEPH OF EGYPT
  • Navid Negahban has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He previously starred for two seasons in Showtime's Homeland, two seasons in FX's Legion, in the second season of FX's The Old Man, and in the second season of Netflix's The Night Agent.
  • He will play Khasekhemre, an industrious and cautious ruler of Egypt, who served as Pharaoh under the name Neferhotep I. His bad dreams have plagued him as of late. Frustrated by his advisers' dismissive attitudes toward his concerns, he seeks out the advice of a prisoner who has been reported to interpret dreams with great accuracy. To the surprise of his court, the Pharaoh takes Joseph's (Adam Hashmi) interpretations to heart and brings him on as an adviser.
