PRIME VIDEO's KEVIN
- Jason Schwartzman, Aubrey Plaza, Whoopi Goldberg, John Waters, Aparna Nancherla, Gil Ozeri and Amy Sedaris will lead the voice cast of the upcoming animated comedy co-created by Plaza and Joe Wengert. Schwartzman recently starred in the HBO film Mountainhead. Plaza starred for seven seasons in NBC's Parks and Recreation and in the Disney+ limited series Agatha All Along. Goldberg has been a co-host on ABC's The View since 2007. Waters helmed the films Hairspray, Cry-Baby and Serial Mom. Nancherla starred for five seasons in FOX's The Great North. Ozeri recurred on Netflix's Big Mouth and Human Resources. Sedaris starred for six seasons in Netflix's BoJack Horseman and three seasons in TruTV's At Home with Amy Sedaris.
- Schwartzman will play Kevin, a lovable and neurotic tuxedo cat who impulsively trades in his sheltered life in a fourth floor walk-up for the excitement and terror of being "single" in the big city.
- Plaza will play Dana, a confident and career-driven young woman. She makes the grown up decision to end things with her boyfriend... but is blindsided by Kevin's choice to venture out and live on his own.
- Goldberg will play Cupcake, a wildly unpredictable hairless cat. She is proudly feral - she's only squatting at the pet rescue as long as it provides her with opportunities to con humans and animals alike.
- Waters will play Armando, a gorgeous, sarcastic and no-nonsense Persian cat who has sworn off all humans in favor of the freedom he gets out of life as an "independent" cat.
- Nancherla will play Judy, a sweet but sickly Scottish Fold kitten who welcomes Kevin into his local pet rescue with positivity and an unwavering belief that the perfect human is right around the corner.
- Ozeri will play Seth, the kind and nurturing man who runs "Furrever Friends" pet rescue. He loves his animal residents so much that he lets them walk all over him... constantly.
- Sedaris will play Brandi, Seth's brassy and intimidating little Shih Tzu. Despite being a dog, it's clear that Brandi is really in charge of the rescue.
APPLE TV+'s BAD MONKEY
- The dramedy's upcoming second season is staging a Handmaid's Tale reunion - with Sam Jaeger being cast as a recurring guest star opposite new series regular Yvonne Strahovski. Jaeger previously starred for three seasons in the Hulu drama while Strahovski was part of the entire six-season run.
- No details were immediately announced about the character Jaeger will be playing.
