Hulu Renews 'King of the Hill' for Two Additional Seasons

Hulu has today renewed its original animated comedy series King of the Hill for two additional seasons - its 16th and 17th overall. The pickup is for 20 more episodes, which each season featuring 10 episodes.






The streamer originally revived the series with a 20-episode order in January 2023. Season 14 released 10 episodes on Monday, August 4. The 10-episode 15th season will debut in 2026.

After years working a propane job in Saudi Arabia to earn their retirement nest egg, Hank and Peggy Hill return to a changed Arlen, Texas to reconnect with old friends Dale, Boomhauer and Bill. Meanwhile, Bobby is living his dream as a chef in Dallas and enjoying his 20s with his former classmates Connie, Joseph and Chane.

The voice cast includes Mike Judge, Kathy Najimy, Pamela Adlon, Johnny Hardwick, Stephen Root, Lauren Tom and Toby Huss.

Judge co-created the comedy with Greg Daniels. They executive produce with showrunner Saladin Patterson, Michael Rotenberg, Howard Klein and Dustin Davis. 20th Television Animation, 3 Arts Entertainment and Bandera Entertainment produce.
