Peacock has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original drama series The Copenhagen Test starring Simu Liu.
All eight episodes of the first season will be available on Saturday, December 27.
The espionage thriller follows first-generation Chinese-American intelligence analyst Alexander Hale (Liu) who realizes his brain has been hacked, giving the perpetrators access to everything he sees and hears. Caught between his shadowy agency and the unknown hackers, he must maintain a performance 24/7 to flush out who's responsible and prove where his allegiance lies.
In addition to Liu, the drama stars Melissa Barrera, Sinclair Daniel, Brian d'Arcy James, Mark O'Brien and Kathleen Chalfant.
Thomas Brandon created the drama and serves as co-showrunner alongside Jennifer Yale. They executive produce with Liu, James Wan, Michael Clear, Rob Hackett, Mark Winemaker and director Jet Wilkinson. Universal Content Productions and Atomic Monster produce.
