DISNEY+'s PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS
- Holt McCallany, David Costabile and Jesse L. Martin have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming third season. McCallany previously starred for two seasons in Netflix's Mindhunter and two seasons in AMC/The CW's 61st Street. Costabile starred for seven seasons in Showtime's Billions and recurred on USA's Suits. Martin starred for nine seasons in NBC's Law & Order, eight seasons in The CW's The Flash and two seasons in NBC's The Irrational.
- McCallany will play the legendary Titan Atlas, also known as the Bearer of Heaven, who was condemned by Zeus to hold hold up the celestial heavens after the last Titan war against the Olympians. He has recently been freed from his burden and now seeks to lead the armies of Kronos in a war of vengeance.
- Costabile will play Dr. Thorn, a stern military academy headmaster who demands obedience from his students.
- Martin will play Frederick Chase, Annabeth's (Leah Sava Jeffries) mortal dad, a sometimes absentminded but truly brilliant military history that Athena deemed worthy to parent her daughter. Though Frederick and Annabeth have had a complicated relationship, he loves her and they have been finding a way back to each other.
