CBS Renews 'Elsbeth,' 'Fire Country,' 'Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage,' 'Matlock,' 'NCIS,' 'NCIS: Origins,' 'NCIS: Sydney' and 'Tracker'

CBS has today renewed eight of its original scripted series for the upcoming 2026-27 broadcast season. The list of pickups today include new seasons for Elsbeth, Fire Country, Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, Matlock, NCIS, NCIS: Origins, NCIS: Sydney and Tracker.

The renewals cover Season 4 of Elsbeth, Season 5 of Fire Country, Season 3 of Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, Season 3 of Matlock, Season 24 of NCIS, Season 3 of NCIS: Origins, Season 4 of NCIS: Sydney, and Season 4 of Tracker.

These series will join several previously renewed series for the 2026-27 broadcast season - including The Amazing Race (Season 39), Boston Blue (Season 2), FBI (Season 9), Ghosts (Season 6), Sheriff Country (Season 2), and Survivor (Season 51).

The broadcast network has already ordered two new original drama series for the 2026-27 broadcast season as well - Cupertino starring Mike Colter and Einstein starring Matthew Gray Gubler.
