Netflix Renews 'The Lincoln Lawyer' for Season 5

Netflix has today renewed its original drama series The Lincoln Lawyer for a fifth season. The renewal comes ahead of the fourth season, which will be released on the streamer on Thursday, February 5.

The fifth season will once again consist of 10 episodes, inspired by the seventh book in "The Lincoln Lawyer" series, "Resurrection Walk," by author Michael Connelly.

The fifth season will star Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Sampson and Cobie Smulders.

Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez serve as co-showrunners on the drama. They executive produce with Connelly, David E. Kelley, Ross Fineman, Barry Jossen, Tana Jamieson and Matthew J. Lieberman. A+E Studios, David E. Kelley Productions, Hieronymus Pictures, Algorithm Entertainment and Fineman Entertainment produce.

"We're so excited to share the upcoming fourth season with the audience on February 5th, and even more excited to share the news that we're already hard at work on the next one," said Humphrey and Rodriguez. "Season Four is the most challenging and intensely personal journey we've taken Mickey Haller on yet, and we're thrilled and grateful to be able to continue the ride in Season Five!"
