ABC Renews '9-1-1,' '9-1-1: Nashville' and 'High Potential'

ABC has today renewed its original drama series 9-1-1, 9-1-1: Nashville and High Potential. All three dramas will return as part of the broadcast network's upcoming 2026-27 schedule.






9-1-1 stars Angela Bassett, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi, Ryan Guzman, Corinne Massiah, Elijah M. Cooper, Gavin McHugh and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Tim Minear created the drama. They executive produce with Bassett, Alexis Martin Woodall, John J. Gray, Bradley Buecker, Juan Carlos Coto, Kristen Reidel and Lyndsey Beaulieu. 20th Television, Ryan Murphy Television, Brad Falchuk Teley-Vision and Reamworks produce.

The drama is currently airing its ninth season. The renewal covers Season 10.

9-1-1: Nashville stars Chris O'Donnell, Jessica Capshaw, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, LeAnn Rimes, Michael Provost, Juani Feliz, Hailey Kilgore and Hunter McVey.

Ryan Murphy, Tim Minear and Rashad Raisani created the drama. They executive produce with O'Donnell, Brad Falchuk, Angela Bassett and Bradley Buecker.

The drama is now airing its first season. The renewal means it will return for Season 2.

High Potential stars Kaitlin Olson, Daniel Sunjata, Javicia Leslie, Deniz Akdeniz, Amirah J, Matthew Lamb, Judy Reyes and Steve Howey.

Drew Goddard created the drama based on the French format. He executive produces with Todd Harthan and Sarah Esberg. Olson serves as a producer. 20th Television and Goddard Textiles produce.

Harthan joined the drama halfway through its first season as showrunner and remained in the role through the second season. He will be leaving the role to focus on developing Eragon, a live-action adaptation of the book series "The Inheritance Cycle" by Christopher Paolini.

The renewal is for Season 3.
