NETFLIX's SCOOBY DOO
- Tanner Hagen, Abby Ryder Fortson and Maxwell Jenkins will star opposite Mckenna Grace in the upcoming live-action adaptation of the animated franchise. Hagen previously guest starred on Paramount+'s Lawmen: Bass Reeves and HBO Max's The Pitt. Fortson starred in the films Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret and Carousel. Jenkins starred for three seasons in Netflix's Lost in Space and recurred on Prime Video's Reacher.
- During their final summer at camp, old friends Shaggy Rogers (Hagen) and Daphne Blake (Grace) get embroiled in a haunting mystery surrounding a lonely lost Great Dane puppy that may have been a witness to a supernatural murder. Together with the pragmatic and scientific townie, Velma Dinkley (Fortson), and the strange but ever so handsome new kind, Freddy Jones (Jenkins), they set out to solve the case that is pulling each of them into a creepy nightmare that threatens to expose all of their secrets.
NETFLIX's ASSASSIN'S CREED
- Nabhaan Rizwan and Claes Bang are set as series regulars on the upcoming drama starring Toby Wallace and Lola Petticrew. Rizwan previously starred in the HBO Max limited series Station Eleven, in the BBC One limited series Dope Girls and in the Netflix limited series Agatha Christie's Seven Dials. Bang starred for two seasons in Prime Video's The Outlaws, in the first season of Apple TV's Bad Sisters and in the Apple TV limited series The New Look.
- No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
CBS' ELSBETH
- Patti LuPone, Michael Urie and Erich Bergen will guest star in upcoming episodes of the drama's third season. LuPone has received eight Tony Award nominations - winning three times for her roles in the musicals Evita, Gypsy and Company. Urie currently stars in Apple TV's Shrinking, which has been renewed for a fourth season. Bergen starred for six seasons in CBS' Madam Secretary.
- LuPone will play Ruby Lane, a legendary New York cabaret performer who makes her home in the hotel where she sings. Talented, outrageous, and difficult, she kills both onstage and off.
- Urie will play Monty Blakemont III, a dashing art connoisseur ad philanthropist, whose enthusiasms are genuine though his financial resources are suspect.
- Bergen will play Otis Langley, a TV personality and celebrity reporter with a charming smile and a nasty reputation.
SHOWTIME's YELLOWJACKETS
- Jenna Burgess has been promoted to series regular on the drama's upcoming fourth and final season. She has appeared as a recurring guest star on the drama since its second season. She has been credited in 19 episodes so far.
- She plays Teen Melissa in the 1990s wilderness timeline. The character became more prominent in the third season - culminating in the character appearing in the present-day timeline as portrayed by Oscar winner Hilary Swank.
