SHOWTIME's DEXTER: RESURRECTION
- Brian Cox has been cast as a new series regular on the drama's upcoming second season. He previously starred for four seasons in HBO's Succession, receiving three Emmy Award nominations for his performance.
- He will play The New York Ripper, a serial killer who terrorized the city years ago. Though no longer active as a killer, he's found a new way to live into his infamy by continuing to taunt the survivors of his long-ago murder spree.
HBO MAX's THE PITT
- Supriya Ganesh will not return as a series regular in the drama's upcoming third season. She plays Dr. Samira Mohan, a fourth-year medical resident. She starred in the drama's first and second seasons.
- Meanwhile, Ayesha Harris has been promoted to series regular for the third season. She plays Dr. Parker Ellis, a senior resident who works the night shift. She has appeared as a recurring guest star in both of the seasons to date.
PARAMOUNT+'s THE CHI
- Darryl Dunning II, Biko Eisen-Martin, Akilah A. Walker, Laila Odom, Liza Jessie Peterson and Anthony B. Jenkins have landed recurring roles on the drama's upcoming eighth and final season. Dunning previously recurred on The CW's All American and Starz's BMF. Eisen-Martin recurred on Starz's Power Book II: Ghost. Walker recurred on Peacock's Bel-Air. Odom currently stars in BET+'s Zatima, which returns for the remainder of its fourth season later this year. Peterson is a playwright, author and activist. Jenkins recurred on Netflix's Stranger Things.
- Dunning will play Rafi, one of Nuck's (Cortez Smith) quick-tempered enforcers.
- Eisen-Martin will play Smitty, a reformed gangster, hardened by the streets and humbled by life.
- Walker will play Amaya, Smitty's fiery girlfriend who wants more out of life.
- Odom will play Jordan, Keith's (Jackie Long) girlfriend who is a nurse but still has ties to the streets.
- Peterson will play Patience, Rashaad's (Jason Weaver) no-nonsense attorney with the heart of an activist.
- Jenkins will play Devante, Emmett (Jacob Latimore) and Shay's (Danyelle Monson) son who moves in with Emmett and Kiesha (Birgundi Baker) after getting into trouble at school.

- The upcoming drama created by and starring Michaela Coel has today announced additional cast members. Joining the cast are Bukky Bakray (Rocks) as Sunny; Rakie Ayola (Kaos) as Maame; singer Ama Serwah Genfi as Nana; Adam Lundgren (The Restaurant) as Asger; Ray BLK (Champion) as Jacqueline; Kobna Holdbrook-Smith (Wonka) as Steve; Dan Skinner (Notes on Blindness) as Chris; Daniella Arthur-Kennedy (The Storm) as Gladys; Jameel Buari (Forever in a Night) as Ronald; Sam Delich (Territory) as Klubeck; Fisayo Akinade (Heartstopper) as Adekunle; rapper Michael Owusu Addo as Sarkodie; Joselyn Dumas (A Northern Affair) as Jessica; model Sister Deborah as Ama; Adjetey Anang (Things We Do for Love) as Edmund; Akofa Edjeani (I Sing of a Well) as Athena; Roselyn Ngissah (Adams Apple) as Eresi; Akrobeto (Ensi Aga) as Honam; Godwin Namboe (Little Problems) as a police officer; and Lady Jay as herself.
- The series follows Henri (Coel), a British-Ghanaian novelist on the run - from herself, her life, her partner, and that weird guy at her book talk. When she ends up in Ghana, her ancestral homeland, she finds herself submerged in an altogether different world. Amidst new friends, fresh joy, and many different and nuanced relationships, Henri also finds secrets, lies, difficulty, and denial - leading her to question everything about herself, her heritage, and her family.
NETFLIX's TIRES
- Rachel Blanchard, Garret Dillahunt, Anjelica Bette Fellini and Matt Walsh have booked recurring roles on the comedy's upcoming third season. Blanchard previously starred for three seasons in Prime Video's The Summer I Turned Pretty. Dillahunt previously starred for four seasons in FOX's Raising Hope, three seasons in Hulu's The Mindy Project and three seasons in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. Fellini starred in Netflix's one-season dramedy Teenage Bounty Hunters. Walsh starred for seven seasons in HBO's Veep, receiving two Emmy Award nominations for his performance.
- Blanchard will play Bonnie, Phil's (Thomas Haden Church) warm, eccentric new girlfriend who brings her spiritual healing rituals into his life and the shop, whether the guys welcome it or not.
- Dillahunt will play Thatch, Frank's (Dan Soder) scary brother.
- Fellini will play Cara, a chaotic spitfire with a direct, playful presence that's impossible to miss.
- Walsh will play Claude, an employee at Tire World.
