Apple TV's The Husbands; CBS' Sheriff Country; and Netflix's The God of the Woods & Wednesday.





NETFLIX's THE GOD OF THE WOODS
  • Kerry Condon will star opposite Maya Hawke as the upcoming drama created by Liz Hannah and Liz Moore. She was nominated for an Academy Award in 2022 for her supporting performance in The Banshees of Inisherin. She also recurred on AMC's Better Call Saul, Showtime's Ray Donovan and Disney+'s Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.
  • She will play Alice Van Laar. Hardened by the grief of a past family tragedy and trapped in a contemptuous marriage, she is forced to face the unimaginable when her 13-year-old daughter goes missing.
NETFLIX's WEDNESDAY
  • Lena Headey, Andrew McCarthy and James Lance will guest star on the dramedy's upcoming third season. Headey previously starred for eight seasons in HBO's Game of Thrones, receiving five Emmy Award nominations for her performance. McCarthy starred in the sixth season of FOX's The Resident. Lance recurred on Apple TV's Ted Lasso, receiving an Emmy Award nomination for his guest role in 2022.

CBS' SHERIFF COUNTRY
  • Amanda Arcuri and Ian Quinlan have been promoted to series regulars on the drama's upcoming second season. Both have appeared as recurring guest stars during the first season - appearing in seven and four episodes, respectively, to date.
  • Arcuri plays Skye, the daughter of Sheriff Mickey Fox (Morena Baccarin) and her ex-husband Travis Fraley (Christopher Gorham). A sensitive young woman with a quiet inner strength, she is on a path to reclaim her life, emerging from under a cloud of suspicion for the murder of her boyfriend to join her Aunt Miranda (Kelli O'Hara) in working for the Fraley family business.
  • Quinlan plays Hank, a brash, impulsive deputy with a sharp sense of humor and a friendly, if intense, rivalry with Deputy Cassidy Campbell (Michele Weaver). He proves to be a loyal and capable ally as Cassidy investigates the disappearance of several young women whose fates may have been met at the hands of a serial killer who is using Edgewater as his hunting ground.
APPLE TV's THE HUSBANDS
  • Joe Alwyn, Richard Gadd, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Joel Kinnaman, Daniel Ings, Bob Morley, Fehinti Balogun, Tom Basden, Joe Wilkinson, Gemma Whelan, Rebekah Murrell and Shazad Latif have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Juno Temple.
  • When Lauren (Temple) returns home to her flat in London late one night, she is greeted at the door by her husband, Michael. There's only one problem - she's never seen this man before in her life. As Lauren tries to puzzle out how she could be married to someone she can't remember meeting, Michael goes to the attic to change a lightbulb and abruptly disappears. In his place, a new husband emerges.
  • Alwyn (Hamnet), Gadd (Baby Reindeer), Ben-Adir (One Night in Miami), Kinnaman (For All Mankind), Ings (A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms), Morley (The 100) and Balogun (Down Cemetery Road) will portray Lauren's multiple husbands.
  • No details were announced about the characters to be played by Basden (The Ballad of Wallis Island), Wilkinson (After Life), Whelan (Gentlemen Jack), Murrell (One Day) and Latif (Nautilus).
