Apple TV Picks Up Action Thriller "Disavowed" Starring James Marsden

Apple TV has today given a series order to the original drama series Disavowed starring and executive produced by James Marsden (Jury Duty, Paradise, Your Friends & Neighbors). An episode count and premiere date window were not immediately announced.

Legendary CIA case officer Brad Griffin (Marsden) is abruptly fired in the middle of a global hunt for an elusive assassin responsible for killing his colleague. Disgraced and outcast from the world of intelligence, all bets are off when Brad decides to go after the $15 million federal bounty on the assassin's head.

Art Marcum and Matt Holloway created the drama. They will executive produce with Marsden, Tom Spezialy, Theresa Kang and Caroline Garity. Apple Studios and Blue Marble Pictures will produce.
